Privacy Policy
Your typing stays on your device.
MultilingO is designed to keep personal learning local. This policy explains what is stored on-device, what is not collected, and how the keyboard approaches privacy for multilingual typing.
1. What MultilingO stores
MultilingO stores keyboard preferences, enabled languages, theme choices, local clipboard history, toolbar panel state, emoji recents, and personal dictionary learning data on your device. Personal dictionary learning includes saved words, always-correct rules, and local bigram or trigram context used to improve suggestions.
2. What MultilingO does not collect
MultilingO does not send typed text, personal-dictionary entries, clipboard history, or suggestion history to a MultilingO server. Translation handoff opens Google Translate only when you explicitly tap the translate action. It does not use analytics SDKs, advertising identifiers, or remote profiling tools.
3. On-device only learning
The personal dictionary and adaptive suggestion engine run locally. Export and import actions are initiated by you and write only to the destination you choose, such as a document provider or local file.
4. Permissions
MultilingO uses only the permissions required for its keyboard experience. It does not request contact access, microphone access, or network collection permissions for learning and suggestions in this release.
5. Data control
You can delete saved personal-dictionary entries, clear clipboard history by overwriting it with new items, and remove app data from Android system settings at any time. Export and import tools give you explicit control over moving dictionary data between devices.
6. GDPR and CCPA statement
Because MultilingO does not transmit personal typing data to a server in this release, there is no remote behavioral profile to sell or share. The app is designed to support privacy principles aligned with GDPR and CCPA by minimizing collection and keeping learning local by default.
7. Children and sensitive information
Keyboard software can be used in fields that contain sensitive information. For that reason, MultilingO avoids background network collection and disables suggestions in password-style fields. You remain responsible for choosing where and how exported dictionary files are stored.
